From Our Studio to Your Door
At Brine & Bard Designs, we don’t pull items off a shelf. Every sticker is cut, every keychain is poured, and every label is printed specifically for you in our Portland studio. Here is how we bring your custom vision to life.
Step 1 - Place Your Order
Select your item and tell us how to make it yours:
- Choose Your Color: Pick from our 8 signature colors.
- Pick Your Font: Choose one of our 5 custom-curated fonts.
- Add Your Text: Enter the name or initial exactly as you’d like it to appear in the "Special Instructions" box at checkout.
Step 2 - We Get to Work (Processing Time)
Because we use different specialized tools for each material, our "creation time" varies:
- Vinyl Stickers & 3D Printed Keychains: These high-tech favorites generally ship within 3–5 business days.
- Hand-Poured Resin Keychains: These are our most artisanal items. To ensure a glass-like finish, we hand-pour multiple layers of resin, allowing for proper curing time between each. We then sand, polish, and hand-assemble the hardware. Because of this meticulous process, resin items require 1 week before they are ready to ship.
Note: If your order contains both vinyl and resin items, they will ship together once the resin items are complete.
Step 3 - Shipping
We keep things simple with a Flat Rate Ground Shipping fee for all orders. Once your items have passed our final quality check, they are packed with care and handed off to the carrier. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking the moment your order hits the road.

We know the "Amazon era" makes a week feel like a lifetime, but Brine & Bard is about the "Bardic" tradition of craft. We take the extra time to sand our resin and calibrate our 3D printers because we want your custom items to be durable enough for your toughest adventures.

How do I tell you what name I want on my item?
During checkout, you’ll see a box labeled "Special Instructions" or "Notes to Seller." Simply type the name or text you’d like there! Please double-check your spelling—we’ll create the item exactly as it's written.
Can I see what my name looks like in a specific font before I order?
Because we are a small team, we don’t automatically send digital proofs for every order.
However, we have a Style Guide image on every product page that shows all 5 fonts so you can see an example of how the fonts will look.
I ordered a sticker and a resin keychain. Why is it taking a week to ship?
To keep shipping costs low for you, we ship your entire order in one package. Since our hand-poured resin items require multiple layers and a full curing/polishing cycle (about 7 days), the whole order will ship once the resin piece is perfected.
Are your vinyl stickers water resistant?
Yes! We use high-quality, weather-resistant vinyl. They are perfect for water bottles, laptops, and notebooks. We recommend hand-washing any bottles with stickers to keep them looking "Bard-level" brilliant for as long as possible.
What if I made a mistake in the name I sent you?
If you catch a typo, email us at support@brineandbarddesigns.com within 12 hours of placing your order. Once we have begun the physical crafting process (pouring resin or cutting vinyl), we are unable to make changes or offer refunds on custom text.
Can you do custom colors or fonts not listed?
Right now, we’ve curated our 8 colors and 5 fonts to ensure the highest quality results. However, if you have a special project or a specific brand color for a larger order, reach out! We are always expanding our "inventory of ingredients."
